Winery Review: Pale yellow color. Pear and lemon smells. Bosc pear and tart lemon taste.
My Review: Very light yellow. Fresh smells of pineapple and green apple. Flavors of sour apple and grapefruit. Very acidic and tasted a little watered down. No lingering finish. I enjoyed the nose significantly more than the taste.
I tasted this without food.
